Privacy notice

NestFind is operated by Emmanuel Okoro. This notice explains how information is used when you browse, create an account, contact an owner or list a property.

Information we use

Account details include your name, email and any phone number you provide. Listings include descriptions, photos, prices and the address and map pin an owner confirms for publication. Messages, viewing requests, support requests and subscription records are stored to provide those services.

Location choices

Using your current location is optional and requires browser permission. NestFind uses the position in the current search and does not save it to your profile. You can search a city or area instead. Google Maps receives searches and map requests when you use its features. An owner's confirmed listing address and pin are public.

Who processes information

Supabase provides account, database and file storage services. Paystack processes subscription payments; NestFind does not collect your card number or PIN. Google provides map services when enabled. Hosting and external image or script providers receive technical requests needed to display the site. Messages are available to their participants and authorised service administrators where needed to operate the service or resolve reports.

Storage and your choices

Your browser stores sign-in information, saved properties and listing drafts. Sign out on shared devices. You can request access, corrections, deletion, or restrictions on use of your information through Support. Necessary payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained after an account closes. You may withdraw device-location permission in browser settings.
