What NestFind provides

NestFind helps users discover homes, apartments, shops and short stays, contact property owners and arrange viewings. Listings are provided by their owners. Availability, ownership, condition and transaction documents must be checked before paying for a property.

Subscriptions

Browsing is free. A seeker subscription costs ₦2,000 for 30 days and provides access to contact owners and request viewings. An owner subscription costs ₦10,000 for 30 days and provides access to publish listings and reply to enquiries. Access begins after payment verification. Renewals are manual; NestFind does not automatically debit you. A subscription does not guarantee that you will find a property or a customer.

Property transactions

Subscription charges pay for platform access only. Rent, purchases, deposits and stay charges are arranged separately with the owner. Arrange a viewing and verify the owner and property before paying. NestFind does not hold property transaction funds in escrow.

Your account and listings

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and publish only properties you own or are authorised to represent. Confirm the public address and building pin. Do not post misleading listings, impersonate another person, send abusive messages, or upload material you do not have permission to share. Report suspicious listings through the property report option.

Use Support for account or listing problems and read the payment and refund information before subscribing. These terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
